What happened to this thread, it was more about the French Chef, now it's more like Dear Abbey.

well at least its getting warmer.....so that 'spring break' might actually feel like spring.

and anyone who is having a drought should speak up----we have enough rain for everyone!

crab cakes and rice for dinner.

Yep, we are supposed to get anywhere from 3" to 6" this weekend. It's true though rain is awesome, especially the harder it rains.

Rain sucks. Snow is better, just because Winter is awesome.

I like rain, but it makes the day a bit more dreary. But I prefer it over snow atm.

rain rain go away.....they need you in another part of the world, really.

Rain isnt that bad, its the thunderstorms and tornados that I can do without......I can remember seeing a pretttttty big tornado when I was a kid (it was going the other way)...scared the living daylights (and the sh*t) out of me.....have had a certain 'phobia' about them every since (gee good thing I grew up in the midwest right???)

bleh, I need 2 naps----going to take the first one.

I can do without the tornadoes, but I like the thunderstorms. They are fun. Closest tornado to my house was like 5 or 6 miles away. We could see it but we were out of harms way.

A long long time ago (1953) when I was five years old we had one of those rare Massachusetts tornadoes come within 1000 feet from our house. To this day I still have nightmares about them, I guess it was a little traumatic for a child. The tornado we got (in Wrentham) was small compared to the one that struck Worcester that day but still scary.

Damn I am now considered an ancestor.

Tornadoes are actually pretty interesting, but of course they lose their appeal if I find myself within 10 miles of one.

Ya, if they get close. The interest is gone but if they are far away, its all good.

tornados are traumatizing to little kids who are a bit too close to them.....even if you are not part of it....watching one of them go by makes you start to think .....

well at least the weather is a bit better for your spring break. no snow, may be some rain....and the temps are prettty nice for this time of year.

dinner----hubby made eggs and hash was interesting.....yeah, interesting.

dumb time change....wound up going to bed at almost 8am!! and then not being able to sleep well the next 4 hours.....grumpy all day! stupid idea.
